Our Mission
As the "CPR Training Lady", my mission is to provide high-quality CPR & AED training to individuals and organizations in our community. I believe that everyone should have the knowledge and skills to save a life in an emergency situation.
Experienced & Friendly Instructor
The CPR Training Lady, also know as Monique Mock, is a licensed LPN who is also certified by the American Red Cross and has years of experience in teaching CPR. She uses certified training techniques and equipment to ensure students receive the most up-to-date and effective training.
Flexible Training Options
I offer a variety of training options to fit your schedule and needs. Whether you prefer in-person classes or online training, I have a solution that works for you. I also provide training at your location for groups of any size.
